: access the knowledge base to verify a common issue's solution.

: Browse the  'Products' section  of the LaidBack site to access the full description of the products, a FAQ and some PDF documentation for each product.

: The QEnhancer dedicated web page contains descriptive paragraphs and also gives access to PDF format documentation regarding the product.

Other support options

The following programs are being offered to protect your software investment and provide  enhanced support beyond the basic offer:

Fotoware: offers the first 12 months free and then the Software Mainternance Agreement (SMA) program entitles its subscribers to all free fixes and upgrades, as well as next business day email support

LaidBack: offers the Software Upgrade Plan (SUP)  which also entitles its subscribers to free upgrades and fixes and regular business days support.(includes MINT PLUS)

Colour-Science: offers the Upgrade and Support Plan (USP) which includes upgrades and support, including ICC profiling (Inludes MINT PLUS). Without the USP, customers get email support for free.

MINT: to supplement phone or next day email support plans, MINT offers Plus and Premium Support for a full telephone, SMS and Webex support with 4 hours guaranteed response.
